Business Setup & Licensing
We take a business from name clearance to first import permit. We have been through this sequence for our own companies, which is the only reason we can say how long each step actually takes rather than how long it is supposed to take.
The problem
Setting up a feed mill, veterinary import business or livestock enterprise in Bangladesh means dealing with RJSC, the city corporation, NBR, DLS or DGDA, and CCI&E — in a specific order, where getting step three wrong sends you back to step one.
What you get
- Name clearance and RJSC incorporation
- Trade licence from the relevant city corporation or union parishad
- TIN and BIN (VAT) registration with NBR
- Sector licence — DLS feed or vet premix, or DGDA for medicines
- Import and Export Registration Certificates (IRC / ERC)
- BIDA registration for industrial and foreign-invested projects
How it runs

RJSC name check, valid 180 days.

Incorporate
MoA, AoA and Form XII — typically 3–4 working days at RJSC.

Trade licence, then TIN and BIN with NBR.

Sector and trade
DLS or DGDA licence, then IRC and your first import permit.
